Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources Intern
The HR intern will participate in various tasks related to human resources management, including:
- Participate in the recruitment process (drafting job postings, sorting CVs, making contact, participating in interviews).
- Provide administrative support for employees (personnel files, contracts, certificates, etc.).
- Contribute to the integration of new employees.
- Participate in payroll preparation (collecting variables, timekeeping, absences).
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the training plan.
- Contribute to internal actions related to HR communication and well-being at work.
- Perform HR reporting and participate in the improvement of internal procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
student in Human Resources, Management, Labor Law or similar field.
- Ma trise du pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good sense of organization and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Motivation, dynamism and a sense of initiative.
- Basic knowledge of labor law (depending on your country).
- My mastery of administrative management tools.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
