  • End-to-End Volume Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume BPO, Call Center, and Customer Service roles.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, and Social Media to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.

  • Strict Candidate Screening: Conduct rigorous telephonic and technical screenings to evaluate English fluency, voice clarity, and service orientation.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers across multiple companies to understand immediate manpower requirements and urgent "ramp-up" needs.

  • Daily Pipeline Tracking: Maintain real-time candidate trackers in Excel/HRIS to ensure zero-lag in the hiring funnel.

  • Onboarding & Documentation: Facilitate the offer process, visa documentation collection, and seamless onboarding to ensure "Day 1" readiness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Industry Expertise: 1–3 years of proven experience in BPO Recruitment or High-Volume Agency Sourcing (UAE or India experience preferred).

  2. Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Gulf job boards (Naukrigulf, GulfTalent) and the ability to leverage social media for niche sourcing.

  3. The "BPO Mindset": Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with weekly/monthly joining targets.

  4. Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a significant plus).

  5. Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) for recruitment reporting and analytics.

  6. Agency Network: Existing connections with external manpower agencies or recruitment partners is highly desirable.
