Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.

Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and plan workforce development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.

Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
