Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources Management:

  • Participate in recruitment: writing and distributing offers, sorting applications, preliminary interviews.
  • Administrative follow-up of employees: employment contracts, amendments, personnel files, absences, leave, medical visits.
  • Prepare and monitor disciplinary procedures and breaches of contract.
  • Update HR dashboards (absenteeism, headcount, etc.).
  • Social and regulatory monitoring.

General M oyens:

  • Manage the purchase of supplies, furniture, consumables and equipment.
  • Monitor stocks and ensure their renewal.
  • Organize internal relocations or renovations.
  • Coordinate deliveries and internal services (mail, shuttles, etc.).
  • Bac+3 Bac+5 in Human Resources, Administration or Management.
  • 2 5 years of experience in a similar position.
