Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
- Participate in recruitment: writing and distributing offers, sorting applications, preliminary interviews.
- Administrative follow-up of employees: employment contracts, amendments, personnel files, absences, leave, medical visits.
- Prepare and monitor disciplinary procedures and breaches of contract.
- Update HR dashboards (absenteeism, headcount, etc.).
- Social and regulatory monitoring.
General M oyens:
- Manage the purchase of supplies, furniture, consumables and equipment.
- Monitor stocks and ensure their renewal.
- Organize internal relocations or renovations.
- Coordinate deliveries and internal services (mail, shuttles, etc.).
- Bac+3 Bac+5 in Human Resources, Administration or Management.
- 2 5 years of experience in a similar position.
