Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, files, absences, leave, certificates).
- Supervise and manage the recruitment process: defining needs, sourcing, interviews, integration.
- Implement and monitor training and skills development plans.
- Managing social relations and supporting managers in the application of HR rules.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, social regulations and internal procedures.
- Good mastery of labor law and social regulations.
- Solid experience in recruitment, administrative management and HR follow-up.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, HR system / HR software).
