Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

  • To ensure the administrative follow-up of employees (contracts, decisions, personnel files, absences, leave, etc.)
  • Participate in the recruitment process: drafting job offers, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Managing the relationship between management and employees by ensuring a positive work environment
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies (discipline, evaluation, training, etc.)
  • Advising managers and employees on HR, social and legal matters
  • Ensure payroll processing in conjunction with the various departments
  • Update HR dashboards and produce regular reports
  • Update of legal books
  • D placements with organizations (CNAS, Labour Inspectorate, CNAS Control)

Skills:

  • Complete mastery of PC-Payroll software
  • Proficiency and sound knowledge of the various aspects of HR management and payroll

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in human resources
  • Driving license
