Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Human Resources Manager
- Implement the human resources management policy in accordance with the strategic orientations of the management.
Lead Human Resources management actions relating to:
- Manage the movement of staff: presences/absences, holidays, missions.
- Prepare the draft budget for Human Resources and ensure its implementation once approved.
- Prepare draft training plans and implement them as soon as they are validated by the Directorate-General.
- drawing up and transmitting requests for manpower to ANEM or to approved bodies.
- Organize the selection of candidates and the recruitment of staff in accordance with the company's procedures and the regulations in force.
- Constitute, control and manage CNAS affiliation files.
- establish applications for allowances and ensure the follow-up of allowances at the level of the CNAS.
- Collect the scores of the sites and verify them with the user managers.
- Prepare fixed and variable elements of payroll and collect and calculate variable period compensation elements.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Maintain the accounting records of staff leave rights.
- Maintain the different types of reimbursement or deduction of salaries.
- Say payslips, prepare payroll statements and monitor the operation with the finance department.
- Ensure the follow-up of accident reports with the CNAS.
- Ensure the management and monitoring of salaries.
- Ensure the management of family contributions, work accidents, illnesses and cases of capital losses with the CNAS.
- Represent the company vis-à-vis the CNAS, the labour inspectorate and the occupational medicine provider.
- Ensure the maintenance and updating of legal and regulatory records.
- Fill in the requests to return or not to return to work (DRT).
- Monitor the occupational medicine agreement, renew it or establish a new one if necessary and ensure its application.
- Respect and ensure compliance with the regulations in force.
- To transmit, every weekend, the weekly activity report of the Human Resources hierarchy.
- develop the Human Resources dashboard and present a monthly report on its activities in the hierarchy.
- Organize and participate in staff evaluation.
- Master 2 in Law, Human Resources Management.
- Experience at least 5 years in the similar position.
- Mastery of DLG payroll software.
- Sense of organization and rigor.
