Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating personnel files (contracts, amendments, absences, leave, sanctions, etc.)
- develop and monitor HR dashboards (staff numbers, movements, absenteeism).
- Gather the needs of department heads.
- Write and distribute job offers on platforms and networks.
- Ensure compliance with the Labour Code and applicable regulations.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and social regulations.
- My proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR/payroll software.
- Ability to manage confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Sense of organization, rigor and precision in administrative processing.
