Roles & Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Manager

  • Implement application notes from the department, Inform staff about statutory and contractual provisions when hiring in the structure.
  • Check and record personnel management information (entries/exits, leave, absences, work accidents, etc.).
  • Enter and control payroll variables (overtime, bonuses, absences, etc.). Manage working time and enter absences and illnesses in the ERP.
  • Complete legal records (staff movements, paid leave, etc.). Ensure monitoring of the training plan. Ensure administrative monitoring of staff (management and scheduling of medical visits, disciplinary monitoring, etc.)
  • Ensure the monitoring of declarations to social organizations (integration of new employees, DAC, DAS, 301 BIS, declaration of work stoppages and work accidents).
  • Participate in updating HR reporting.
  • Ensure the application of social law and labor law.
  • Apply QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) regulations.

Skills: Proficiency in HR IT tools, excellent communication, problem-solving skills.
