Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel administrative files (contracts, absences, leave, etc.).
  • Prepare payroll information and follow up with accounting.
  • Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, interviews, integration).
  • To ensure disciplinary follow-up and the application of internal regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Participate in training management and skills development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management or Social Law.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficiency in computer tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion and good interpersonal skills.
