Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administrative files (contracts, absences, leave, etc.).
- Prepare payroll information and follow up with accounting.
- Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, interviews, integration).
- To ensure disciplinary follow-up and the application of internal regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Participate in training management and skills development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Management or Social Law.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Strong organizational skills, discretion and good interpersonal skills.
