Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
After an integration and training phase alongside our local and French teams, we will invite you to take charge of your area through the following missions:
1. Deployment of the HR strategy and France/Morocco interface
- Adapt and implement locally the HR strategy defined by Forvis Mazars France with the exception of employer branding issues carried out by Forvis Mazars Morocco.
- Ensure the permanent link between the Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team and the French headquarters.
- Ensure alignment of local HR practices with Forvis Mazars policies and standards.
2. HR coordination and reporting
- Ensure reliable and regular reporting of HR indicators (headcount, turnover, interview monitoring, training, payroll monitoring, etc.) to France.
- Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects launched by Forvis Mazars France.
- To be the operational HR relay of Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team for all HR themes with France.
3. Management of the local HR team
- Supervise, lead and develop the skills of the on-site HR team (recruitment, administration, training, etc.).
- Structure the local HR organization to ensure responsiveness, reliability and quality of service.
4. Recruitment and talent management
- Manage recruitment in line with local operational needs and expectations in France.
- Support the development of a sourcing strategy adapted to a nearshore environment (financial & IT auditor profiles, accountants, support functions, etc.).
- Structure the integration process to guarantee an employee experience that meets the desired standards.
5. HR development and training
- Implement Forvis Mazars training programs while taking into account the specific needs of the Moroccan center.
- Monitor skills and support career development.
- Manage performance evaluation and feedback campaigns.
- Take charge of the reimbursement aspect of training hours with public bodies.
6. Legal compliance and administrative obligations
- Ensure compliance with the Moroccan Labor Code.
- Supervise payroll and social and tax declarations with our service provider.
- Oversee contracts, personnel administration and disciplinary procedures, in accordance with Moroccan legislation.
- Maintain a proactive relationship with local administrations (Labor Inspectorate, CNSS, etc.).
7. Social climate, internal communication and corporate culture
- Promote a healthy social climate, based on listening, recognition and transparency.
- Facilitate communication between local employees and French teams.
- Contribute to strengthening employee engagement and disseminating Forvis Mazars values.
Desired Candidate Profile
To accomplish these missions, you have a master's degree in human resources, social law, management or equivalent, and you have proven experience of at least 8 to 10 years in an HR role including team management. You have in-depth knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR practices in a structured environment, and ideally, you have worked in a nearshore, BPO or international firm context.
You want to put your excellent interpersonal skills, your sense of leadership, your autonomy and your rigor to the service of a challenging and learning profession, in a multicultural environment. Mastery of French and Arabic is essential, and a good level of English would be a real plus for interacting in an international setting.
