Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative management of personnel
- Monitoring of personnel files (contracts, amendments, absences, leave, etc.).
- Preparation and management of payroll in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Ensures compliance with legal and social obligations.
Recruitment and integration

Desired Candidate Profile
Education : University degree in Human Resources, Social Law or equivalent (Bac+3 minimum).
Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Technical skills: Good command of labor law, payroll techniques and HR tools (specialized software).
Personal qualities : Excellent communication skills, rigorous organization, ability to manage priorities and work in a team.
