Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment :
- Draft and disseminate job offers.
- Pre-select candidates and conduct interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding files.
- Organize the welcome and integration path for new employees.
Personnel administration :
- Ensure personnel management (contracts, trial period, legal documents,).
- Monitor time management (timekeeping, leave) and personnel movements.
- Prepare variable elements for payroll
- Ensure the application of labor law and internal procedures.
- Update HR indicators: headcount, absenteeism, turnover.
- Bac+3 Bac+5 in Human Resources Management, Law, Management.
- Experience required: 2 5 years in a generalist HR function.
Technical Skills :
- Mastery of labor law and HR procedures.
- Knowledge of personnel administration and payroll.
- Practice of office tools (Excel, Word).
- Interview and recruitment techniques.
Behavioral skills :
- Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
- Rigor, organization and management of priorities.
