Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing personnel administration (contracts, files, absences, leave)
- Participate in the recruitment and integration process
- Follow the training and skills development
- Manage payroll (in coordination with the relevant department)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Contributing to the management of social relations
- Update HR dashboards and ensure reporting
- Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of social legislation
- Organization and rigor
- Discretion and a sense of confidentiality
- Good communication and team spirit
