Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support and manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR process development.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of planning and executing HR strategies that support the company’s growth and operational objectives while maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Plan and execute HR strategies and initiatives that contribute to Softimpact’s growth and long-term objectives.
  • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality of HR information.
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and internal procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, address concerns, and support conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to employees to support performance improvement and professional development.
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, and safety regulations.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits in coordination with Admin Department.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.

Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
