Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities :

Performing reference checks and employment background checks on new hires.
Coordinating and managing onboarding and off-boarding activities.
Designing and maintaining various HR policies and procedures, including EEOC compliance.
Assisting in the development and implementation of training initiatives and programs.
Handling employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, grievances, and employee relations.
Administering payroll and benefits.
Maintaining employee records.
