Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Handle HR documentation, reports, and personnel files
Support performance management and employee relations processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations
Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters
Requirements :
UAE National (Male candidates only)
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR employee
Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labour regulations
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Salary & Benefits :
Salary: AED 15,000
