Job Opportunity in Qatar - Human Resources Supervisor (Business Partner)

 Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor - Business Partner

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Act as a primary advisor to employees and management in all aspects of labor relations.

Lead investigations, complaints, and sensitive issues related to employee relations.

Ensure compliance with Qatari Labor Law and the company's internal policies.

Support a positive work environment and promote a culture of participation and belonging.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the State of Qatar.

Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

SHRM or CIPD certifications are preferred.
