The HR Team Leader is responsible for overseeing core human resources functions within the gym environment, with a strong focus on recruitment, job analysis, performance management, learning and development, payroll coordination, and personnel management. The role ensures smooth daily HR operations, supports department managers with workforce planning, and maintains compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR Team Leader also plays a key role in employee relations, handling conflicts professionally, promoting a positive work culture, and supporting staff performance and engagement across all gym operations.

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the gym, fitness, hospitality, or service-oriented industry.
• Strong experience in recruitment, job analysis, learning and development, payroll management, and personnel administration.
• Solid background in employee relations and conflict resolution, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic operational reporting.
• Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule with rotational weekends.
