Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and datasheets to accurately assess project requirements for HV substation tenders.

  • Awareness of TAQA, DEWA and ADNOC regulations.

  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates, including material, labor, and subcontractor costs, ensuring competitive pricing strategies.

  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including equipment selection, substation layouts, and compliance statements, showcasing engineering expertise.

  • Manage the tendering process, coordinating with internal teams (engineering, procurement, etc.) and external vendors to meet deadlines.

Clients: TAQA-D, TAQA-T, DEWA, EtihadWE, ADNOC and various Private Developers

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in HV substation tendering or related engineering roles, showcasing a solid foundation.

  • Requires experience in the power transmission and distribution industry, specifically with HV substations.
