Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled and experienced HVAC Engineers to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HVAC systems within interior fit-out projects from design and planning to execution and handover. You should have strong technical expertise, familiarity with local regulations, and the ability to manage site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and review HVAC systems tailored for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare HVAC layout drawings, load calculations, duct sizing and material submittals.
  • Supervise on-site HVAC installations, including ducting, chilled water piping and equipment placements.
  • Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants and regulatory authorities for inspections and approvals.
  • Plan and monitor material procurement and delivery timelines to meet project schedules.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide prompt, effective solutions.
  • Prepare project documentation including daily reports, progress updates and inspection logs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience working on HVAC systems within interior fit-out projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, DuctSizer).

Solid knowledge of UAE regulations and authority approval procedures (DM, Civil Defense, etc.).

Strong site management and coordination skills.

UAE Driver s License preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
