Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new HVAC ducting project opportunities across UAE through consultants, contractors, and developers

  2. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical submittals, and quotations based on project drawings and specifications

  3. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to secure approvals and convert enquiries into orders

  4. Promote HVAC ducting solutions including GI ducting, insulation, dampers, and related MEP accessories

  5. Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure accurate execution, fabrication, and delivery

  6. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong relationships and CRM pipeline management

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

  2. 2–6 years of experience in HVAC ducting / MEP HVAC sales in UAE or GCC

  3. Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting systems, drawings, and project execution process

  4. Proven experience in consultant and contractor-driven sales environment

  5. Ability to prepare BOQs, quotations, and technical submittals independently

  6. UAE driving license with strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
