Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and target potential clients including contractors, developers, consultants, and building owners.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular meetings, presentations, and events.
Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and market research.
Provide accurate forecasting of sales on Monthly, Quarterly & Annually and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
Contact in government / semi government entities to get product and company registration.
Technical Support
Assess customer needs and recommend HVAC systems and solutions tailored to project requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and technical submittals.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and project conditions.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to create optimal solutions.
Provide ongoing technical support to clients and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and maintain customer satisfaction from contract award to project delivery.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or a similar technical sales role.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, DX, VRF systems, heat pumps, and ventilation solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
