Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

o Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers in the HVAC industry.

o Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for HVAC products and services.

o Prepare and present sales proposals, technical solutions, and pricing to clients.


2. Market Research and Strategy

o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

o Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed set targets and revenue goals.

o Expand the company’s presence within the UAE HVAC market.


3. Technical Expertise and Consultation

o Provide clients with technical guidance on HVAC systems, solutions, and energy-efficient products.

o Work closely with technical teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.

o Conduct site visits and assessments as required to understand project needs.


4. Project Coordination

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.

o Monitor project progress and resolve any client concerns related to HVAC systems.

o Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely procurement of equipment.


5. Customer Relationship Management

o Maintain a robust CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales outcomes.

o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and resolving client issues.

6. Documentation and Reporting

o Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.

o Ensure proper documentation for contracts, proposals, and project communications.


Key Skills and Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and interpret project requirements.

• Proven sales expertise with a successful track record in achieving targets.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.

• Professional certifications in HVAC systems (e.g., ASHRAE, HAP) are an advantage.

• Valid driving license is mandatory.

• Experience in the UAE highly preferred.


Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with UAE construction and HVAC project landscape.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Proactive, result-driven, and ability to work independently.
