Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing a client portfolio (construction, industries, property developers, design offices, administrations).
- Identify customer needs regarding HVAC systems and propose suitable technical solutions.
- to develop and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.
- To monitor projects from prospecting to completion and customer satisfaction.
- Working in close collaboration with the technical and engineering teams.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, heating).
- Good sales skills and negotiation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical solutions for non-specialist clients.
- My mastery of office and CRM tools.
