Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate HVAC installation works (ducting, chilled water piping, VRF systems, ventilation, insulation, etc.) at site.
Review and understand approved shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Ensure work is executed as per project specifications, drawings, and standards.
Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.
Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
Coordinate with planning team to meet project deadlines.
Verify quantities for billing and certification.
Ensure proper testing & commissioning of HVAC systems.
Maintain documentation and site records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC works within building construction projects.
GCC/Middle East experience preferred
Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, or hospital projects.
Experience handling subcontractors.
Experience in project coordination meetings.
