Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, monitor and supervise internal day to day sales and production activities.
• Assist in preparation of quotations, technical submittals and related documentation.
• Assist in preparation of techno-commercial documentation, tender submittals pertaining to the large projects.
• Process the Sales Orders and monitor production and delivery progress against each order.
• Closely liaise with production team in prioritizing the deliveries based on the inputs from sales team.
• Monitor and maintain progress of all enquiries, quotes, logs for Ductwork, dampers, louvers, ESP's, VAV's, fans  and Acoustic products.
• Conduct daily sales progress and forecast updates with productions and sales.
• Keep track of ongoing production jobs and update the sales team of any deviations from the original delivery schedule.
• Co-ordinate with the sales team in updating of periodic sales reports and resolution of customer queries / complaints etc.
• Handle technical compliance and estimation of the products
• Visit customer sites and provide technical clarifications as and when required
• Update the production for any changes deviations or requests from the customer.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors (Preferred BE - Mechanical)

• Sales Coordination: 2 years (Preferred)

• HVAC Products: 2 years (Preferred)

• Autocad 2d and 3d
