Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other contractors to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems in new constructions or renovations.
  • Develop and manage a preventive maintenance schedule that minimizes downtime and maximizes system efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or degree in HVAC technology is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems management, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
  • EPA certification for refrigerant handling is mandatory; additional certifications (e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence) are a plus.
  • Experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred, with a strong understanding of both residential and industrial applications.
