Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems)
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
Handle refrigerant recovery and charging (EPA certification preferred)
Coordinate with clients and team members for efficient service delivery
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
5+ years UAE experience in HVAC maintenance
Proficiency with:
- Chiller systems (Carrier, Trane, York)
- VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi)
- Building automation systems
Valid DEWA certification
EPA/HVAC certification preferred
Strong knowledge of: - Electrical circuits
- Refrigeration cycles
- Pneumatic controls
Ability to work in high-rise buildings
