Hydraulic Supervisor – Marine Rays International FZE

The Hydraulic Supervisor will be responsible for supervising hydraulic teams, planning

and executing hydraulic works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects in

line with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate hydraulic maintenance, repair, and refurbishment

activities.

• Lead projects involving:

o Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs)

o Pumps, motors, valves & actuators

o Cylinders, accumulators & hydraulic systems

• Oversee high-velocity flushing (NAS 6), oil filtration & contamination control.

• Supervise tube & hose fabrication, installation, crimping, pressure testing, and

replacement.

• Manage pressure testing, hydrostatic testing, chemical cleaning & flushing

activities.

• Ensure proper execution of rig reactivation and ship repair hydraulic works.

• Conduct job planning, manpower allocation, toolbox talks & daily progress

monitoring.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, PTW systems, and offshore safety

practices.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers at site and yard.

• Prepare job reports, test records, and handover documentation.
