Irrigation and nutrient management for growing Lettuce, Kale , Herbs and fruiting vegetables like cucumber.

Manage nursery for uninterrupted growing in greenhouse.

Taking plant protection measures against weather, insects, fungus etc.

Oversee expansion of greenhouse and hydroponic growing systems.

Train, and manage staff and labour.

Manage life cycle and harvesting times for weekly delivery.

Maintenance hydroponic equipment’s.

Experiment with growing conditions to improve Quality and yield.

Test water and fertigation (EC,Ph) quality on a regular basis. Maintain RO water quality.

Co-ordinate with packaging and marketing Team.

Study plants varieties, seeds and products to better understand the crop needs and develop better quality and yield.

Co-ordination with marketing team to study different plant varieties in market to develop new product portfolio.

Commercial feasibility study of crops to make farming profitable.
