Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
- Monitor system performance and network connectivity, proactively identifying and resolving potential problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CompTIA A+ or similar certifications are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
