Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced IFS HCM Consultant to design, configure, and support HCM processes in IFS Cloud, enabling seamless HR operations and effective employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support IFS HCM modules.
- Configure Core HR, Payroll, Performance, Recruitment, LMS, Self-Service, and other IFS HR-related modules.
- Conduct HR process workshops and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Support data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training activities.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in IFS HCM implementation.
- IFS Cloud HCM Certification Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Awareness of integration with other IFS modules where HR data is involved.
