Key duties for the Immigration Consultant:

• Managing and responding to hot inbound leads via telephone and email.
• Responding to inquiries to the best of your abilities. Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is eligible.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the Migration application process, acting as a first point of contact at any given stage during the process for any client or colleague queries and offering area expertise where necessary.
• Following up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice
• Handling Permanent Residence Applications, Visit Visas, Student Visas etc.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Drive improvement and efficiencies within the company and identify opportunities to meet the increasing needs of the company.
• You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues
• This position has a monthly target with additional incentives and bonuses.
