Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales within the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads from both business clients (B2B) and individual clients (B2C) via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Understand client requirements and provide appropriate immigration solutions.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in UAE, preferably in consultancy, immigration, or related sectors.

Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM tools.
