Implementation Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics

Implementation project manager is responsible to defining scope and content of project and identifying work deliverables.

• Will interface with customers regarding project status, budget, scope, and issues.
• Manage the overall process, assure content delivery from multi-discipline teams including internal, customer, and third-party resources while ensuring expense control.
• Responsible for personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks.
• Responsible for managing all projects handled by our organization.
• Responsible for implementation delivery (planning, deliverables of project FRD, TDD, Hot cut over plan, go-live execution strategy, etc.)
• Host weekly meetings with internal team to gain insights into deliverables planned for each project and each phase of the project
• Preparation of SOW / proposal for project (apart from commercials) timeline, deliverables, Fit-Gap s for project and execution strategy.
• Responsible for providing solutions (either workaround or 3rd party applications that needs to be bolted on top of D365 F&O, BC, CE

Key Skills:

• 6 to 8 years Dynamics 365F&O/ AX experience (various industry vertical s Ex: Pharma / Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with the full Microsoft stack
• Strong Leadership, planning and management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage all client s expectations successfully
• Proven ability to work in a team as well as on your own (10 30-member team)
• Proven success in 3-4 Enterprise level deployments
• Worked at different geographic locations (India, USA, UAE, Europe)
