What We re Looking For: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end Supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with international suppliers, ensuring timely shipment deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement and logistics records. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of supply chain and import/export regulations.

What Will You Do

Purchase Procurement Coordination:

• Coordinate with international suppliers to manage purchase orders and negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to shipments.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory data in line with internal policies and standards.
• Communicate with internal departments (production, planning, finance) to align supply with business requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities to enhance sourcing efficiency and cost savings.
• Review and verify invoices and purchase documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  
  

Logistics Import Coordination

• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to support smooth import operations.
• Ensure all shipments meet local and international customs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with customs clearance teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Keep up to date with UAE and global import/export regulations.
• Use supply chain tools/software to monitor and optimize shipment and logistics processes.
  
  

Qualifications

What Talent Do You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Coordination Role
• Knowledge of import regulations
• Strong understanding of UAE customs and regulations, and experience working in the UAE.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
