5-8 experience as Export operation supervisor at freight Forwarder Company
Fluent English Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Handling airfreight & ocean freight & DGR & supply chain
Negotiate with agents Handle export shipments from A-Z based on the term of delivery ,also DDP & DDU shipments
Supervising and developing relationships with vendors. Negotiating and problem-solving.
Facilitating interaction between the operations team and traders, utilizing advanced communication skills.
Proposing improvements in department, organization, technology, task distribution, etc.
Training and development of Operations Department employees.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, Exports, customer issues.
Negotiate with shipping lines suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
Negotiate transportation rates or services.
Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities.
Must fight to get the best rates in the market, if there is target rate, not only by send which lower rate has received from the S/L.
Make the agreement with our S/L payment method &facility.
Follow up step by step with sales and client to arrange the loading date, customs clearance docs. based on agreed deal.
Send update to the sales or the client with latest status of the shipments step by step.
