Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding automotive spare parts

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to potential customers

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable parts

  • Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery information

  • Guide customers through the purchase process and close sales

  • Maintain clear communication for after-sales support, including warranty-related queries

  • Update customer interactions and order details in the system

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls for automotive spare parts. The role involves assisting customers who have already expressed interest, guiding them through product selection, closing sales, and providing after-sales support when required.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling

  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships over calls

  • Willingness to learn automotive spare parts and internal systems (training will be provided)

  • Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus

  • Any knowledge on Automobile mechanical/electronic parts is a nice to have
