In-Room Dining Supervisor Four Seasons Hotel

About the Role
Join our pre-opening Food & Beverage team as In-Room Dining Supervisor at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the In-Room Dining Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading the private dining experience for our rooms, suites, and private residences delivering seamless, personalized service that reflects the essence of Four Seasons hospitality.

What You Will Do

• Support pre-opening initiatives including menu planning, system testing, inventory setup, and uniformed service training.

• Supervise daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring timely delivery, presentation quality, and guest satisfaction.

• Lead and coach the team during shifts, ensuring adherence to Four Seasons standards of discretion and service excellence.

• Coordinate with culinary, stewarding, and housekeeping teams for smooth and efficient operations.

• Respond to guest requests and preferences, ensuring attention to detail and thoughtful personalization.

• Monitor tray clearance, cleanliness, and overall in-room presentation.

• Assist with team scheduling, inventory management, and department reporting.

• Participate in team briefings and contribute ideas for service enhancements and promotional offers.

What You Bring

• Experience in In-Room Dining or restaurant service within a luxury hotel or resort.

• Strong leadership, organization, and guest service skills.

• A calm, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.

• Pre-opening experience is a plus.

• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
