Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsabilities



Inventory Management: Regularly monitor, replenish, and organize stock within the storage areas to ensure immediate product availability for sales staff. 

Receiving Shipments: Efficiently receive and verify incoming shipments against invoices or order forms, noting discrepancies or damages. 

Product Handling: Ensure that all products are handled with care, preventing damages and maintaining their premium condition. 

Stock Checks: Conduct regular inventory checks, reconciling actual stock count to computer-generated reports. 

Coordination with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to understand stock needs, ensuring bestsellers and requested items are readily available on the shop floor. 

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory, including any discrepancies or issues. 

Assist with Sales: On busy days or as needed, assist the sales team on the floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience. 

Housekeeping: Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and hazard-free, ensuring a safe working environment. 



To be successful in this role, you need to have



Prior experience in stock keeping or inventory management, preferably in luxury retail. 

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

Basic understanding of inventory software and databases. 

Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. 

Familiarity with safety procedures and practices in a stockroom.
