Warehouse Operations Executive – Materials & Inventory Soundlines Global FZCO

Executing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, storing, and loading of raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, packaging materials, spare parts, fixed assets, and sundry items, while updating the ERP system accurately and on time as per ISO requirements.

• Ensuring all incoming materials are inspected and non-defective, reporting any defective material to the Purchasing Department immediately.

• Receiving services correctly in the ERP system and issuing them promptly to the department(s) concerned.

• Monitoring scrap quantities regularly and informing the supervisor when stock levels are high or pending for removal/delivery to customers.

• Maintaining organized filing of warehouse documents as per ISO standards, ensuring all files are labeled and stored properly in the company filing room.

• Complying with all safety regulations and immediately reporting any violations or unsafe conditions.

• Printing system reports for warehouse transactions and obtaining necessary signatures as per ISO forms.

• Assisting in periodic physical inventory counts to verify system accuracy.

• Coordinating with company security daily to report any urgent withdrawals made during night shifts and escalating such cases to the section head.

• Managing the main filing room and ensuring safe custody of all archived records.

• Coordinating with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
