Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
As In Vila Dining Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
Assist in the coordination of amenity deliveries and doorknob procedures.
Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in department s standards. Using the guests name as much as possible and always confirm order.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
Attend meetings and training as required.
Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
Qualifications
To execute the position of In Vila Dining Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management and more than three years experience in a similar hotel operational role.
Technical skills include Advanced MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including OPERA and MICROS platforms and have knowledge on property and policies on Food and Beverage and policies on discounts/food promotion etc.
I am familiar with Food and beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
Fluent in English
