Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.

  • Review tender documents and ensure compliance with client requirements.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, HR, and finance for inputs.

  • Support estimation team with validations and assumptions.

  • Prepare proposal documentation, pricing summaries, and bid packages.

  • Attend site visits, pre‑bid meetings, and handle client clarifications.

  • Identify risks and highlight key commercial/contractual points.

  • Track proposal status, maintain tender records, and prepare reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Civil) or related field.

  • Proven experience in Proposal / Tendering roles within EPC & Shutdowns projects in Kuwait

  • Technical & commercial bid preparation

  • Shutdown scope understanding, man-hour estimation & costing

  • Pre-qualification documents and tender submissions

  • Coordination with Engineering, Estimation, Planning & Commercial teams
