Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring accessibility to learning.

• Assist students with academic tasks and clarify lesson content to enhance understanding.

• Deliver one-to-one support for students requiring additional attention and guidance.

• Support students in managing behavioural challenges and promote positive behaviour strategies.

• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

• Prepare teaching and learning materials tailored to individual student needs.

• Assist in classroom setup and organization to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Maintain the safety, well-being, and engagement of all students at all times.

• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to enhance student learning and wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to student assessments as required.

Requirements

• UAE National.

• Passion for working with children and supporting inclusive education.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and commitment to student development.

• Experience in special needs or inclusion support is preferred but not essential.
