Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contact existing and inactive clients to re-establish business relationships and generate repeat orders.

  • Conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements and promote company products and services.

  • Follow up on previous inquiries, quotations, and past customers to convert them into active clients.

  • Maintain strong communication with customers and provide prompt responses to inquiries.

  • Maintain updated customer database, call records, and support the sales team with lead generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Indoor Sales / Client Servicing / Business Development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in client retrieval and relationship management.

  • Ability to confidently handle calls and customer interactions.

  • Female candidates preferred.
