Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, assessing their needs to offer personalized product recommendations and solutions.
  • Master product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Drive sales by actively demonstrating products, highlighting key selling points, and closing deals with confidence.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.

  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulate features and benefits persuasively.

  • Proficiency in using POS systems, handling cash transactions, and managing inventory.

  • Need Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
