1. Rational operational management

• Supervise all production and maintenance activities of the industrial units.
• develop and monitor production plans, in conjunction with the sales management and planning department.
• Optimize yields, energy consumption and raw materials (durum wheat, soft wheat, semolina, flour).
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).

2. Industrial Performance Management

• Define and monitor performance indicators (OEE, material yield, scrap rate, machine availability).
• Analyze the gaps and propose plans for continuous improvement.
• Participate in weekly performance reviews with unit managers.

3. Management et coordination

• To supervise, motivate and develop the skills of the technical teams (production managers, maintenance, quality).
• Promote a culture of rigor, discipline and industrial efficiency.
• Contribute to the establishment of a fluid organization between the production, logistics and maintenance departments.

4. Investments and innovation

• Identify investment needs and prepare CAPEX/OPEX plans.
• Supervise projects for the expansion, automation and modernization of facilities.
• Collaborating with equipment suppliers (e.g., B hler, Rossi) for technical monitoring and line performance.

5. Budget management and reporting

• Prepare and monitor the annual industrial budget.
• Ensure performance and activity reporting to the General Management.
• Ensure the consistency of industrial data in SAP (production, inventory, maintenance).
• Ensure financial communication with the general management and the DFC.

Techniques

• Solid knowledge of milling processes, semolina production and pasta/couscous production.
• Mastery of industrial management tools (Lean, TPM, FMEA, 5S, OEE).
• Good knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation and supervision (PLC, SCADA).
• Expertise in flow analysis and production cost optimization.
