Roles & Responsibilities

Industrial Project Manager
Manage projects from the feasibility study to commissioning or final delivery.
Write technical specifications, organize project phases.
Develop schedules, milestones, Gantt, resources, costs and deadlines.
Coordinate internal (studies, production, purchasing, quality) and external (subcontractors, control offices) teams.
Manage the budget allocated to the project, identify the gaps, implement corrective actions.
Identify the needs for equipment, machines and components.
Participate in the selection of suppliers, negotiation and follow-up of critical deliveries.
Guarantee the respect of industrial margins and financial forecasts.
Apply ISO standards, industrial safety, environmental standards or customers.
Ensure compliance of the product or installation with regulatory and technical requirements.
Manage the prototyping, testing, manufacturing or assembly phases.
Supervise testing, validation, commissioning or customer reception.
Report on the progress of the management (reports, indicators, alerts).
Lead project meetings (kick-off, progress review, closing).

Project management (PMI or equivalent).
Planning, structuring, budgeting, monitoring, risk management.
My trise of MS Project, Gantt Project, industrial ERP (SAP, Odoo, etc.), advanced Excel tools.
Solid technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Mechanics, electrics, electronics, automation, instrumentation
Industrial civil society.
Industrial processes (injection, extrusion, machining, etc.)
Reading and validation of technical plans.
Quality & industrial safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, CE marking, machine safety, etc.)
Technical English.
