Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview:
As an Info Desk Representative for Kasrawy Group, you will be the first point of contact for all customers and clients seeking information or assistance. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a professional and friendly manner. This is a full-time position located in 6th of October City - Nasr City, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Direct customers to the appropriate departments or individuals for further assistance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain customer records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Excellent in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
